You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or who engages in behaviour that disrupts the experience for others.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Ideatron Labs products are the exclusive intellectual property of Ideatron Labs or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our products or their underlying code without explicit written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide to us may be used by Ideatron Labs without any obligation to compensate you.

Paid features are billed as described on the pricing page of the relevant product. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Ideatron Labs does not store card or payment details on its servers.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@ideatronlabs.com within 7 days of the charge.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Ideatron Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideatron Labs' total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from downtime, bugs, or service interruptions.

Our products may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. Ideatron Labs has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

Enabling a third-party integration is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-product notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
