When you contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, selected service or product, and the message you submit. We use this information to acknowledge your enquiry, respond to you, and manage the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website enquiries are stored in Supabase and acknowledgement and team notification emails are sent through Resend. Access to the lead inbox is restricted to approved team members. We also store a keyed hash of your network address to limit automated abuse, rather than the raw address in our lead records.

Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information in your message. Contact privacy@ideatronlabs.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry data.

When you use our products or visit our website, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and account credentials when you sign up.
